As the first DJ ever to break and play Zhané "Hey Mr. DJ" on radio (when I was doing mix shows on WBLS in NYC back in 1993), i've always been a big Renee Neufville supporter (she's good people too!)… "Watching Me" is a great song and just another hit single for Renee, to go along with the Zhané hits "Groove Thang", "Sending My Love", "Vibe", the remake of the classic "Shame", "Request Line", and of course "Hey Mr. DJ". "Watching Me" should do well at Urban AC…mainstream Urban stations should play it in rotation and mixshows (not a lot of R&B songs and too many hip hop records sounding the same on R&B/Hip Hop radio!).. If DJs REALLY want to support a good mid-tempo R&B record in their mix shows and clubs, play "Watching Me"…congrats Renee!

As the first DJ ever to break and play Zhané "Hey Mr. DJ" on radio (when I was doing mix shows on WBLS in NYC back in 1993), i've always been a big Renee Neufville supporter (she's good people too!)… "Watching Me" is a great song and just another hit single for Renee, to go along with the Zhané hits "Groove Thang", "Sending My Love", "Vibe", the remake of the classic "Shame", "Request Line", and of course "Hey Mr. DJ". "Watching Me" should do well at Urban AC…mainstream Urban stations should play it in rotation and mixshows (not a lot of R&B songs and too many hip hop records sounding the same on R&B/Hip Hop radio!).. If DJs REALLY want to support a good mid-tempo R&B record in their mix shows and clubs, play "Watching Me"…congrats Renee!
