C4 Cartier, Darryl Leonard, currently lives in Killeen, TX, but was born and raised in LaGrange, GA. He lived in the Lucy Morgan Project Homes, where he gained his awareness of the street life. He learned the inner dwellings of the game of selling drugs, which is frequently in his music where he displays his hunger for more attitudes. C4 grew up listening to all genres of music. His family ran a liquor house, where blues and soul music were played day in and out. Being a big fan of the Dungeon Family (an Atlanta based group) his slick talk, word play and deep thought rhymes are compared to Outkast. He has opened many shows for artists such as: Cyhi- The Prince, Master P, Frazier Boy, LilWyte, Killa Kyleon, Bone Diggity and the Party Boyz. He also has been blessed with the opportunity to perform on multiple platforms during Austin's SXSW in 2013. C4 continues to push his self to the top with his eager ambition. After three projects, he is looking forward to releasing a fourth with the sequel to his anticipated Made of God series with MOGII: The V.I.S.I.O.N.N. In 2014 he has performed for the Coast2Coast Live Tour during this year's SXSW Music Event,The Southern Entertainment Awards and the DJ United Conference April 11th.
